BCS specialises in application development, centred on Microsoft, AutoCAD and SolidWorks based solutions. As a registered member of the Autodesk and SolidWorks Developer Networks, BCS, provides application packages, supported by a worldwide developers program, harnessing the premier object-based development platform.

Modular Buildings
Using Quantum with Mechanical Desktop this client is generating both Design and Manufacturing reports. The clients original aim was to create complex Cutting Lists of the timber members used in the construction of Modular Buildings. It was soon evident that Quantum could help to provide solutions for every aspect of design and manufacturing processes, and to assist in the preparation of detailed Quotations.
 
Office Layout/Design
The design and planning of modern offices is paramount to efficiency. Our client utilises Quantum with AutoCAD and Frontier, in both pre and post order situations. Quantum has been configured with full ranges of furniture and accessory, allowing for easy drag and drop selection from the Quantum Database Browser. At the pre order stages Quotations and Costing Reports are produced, while following the receipt of an order, Scheduling and Stock reports are generated. This client employs remote Sales staff, using Quantum on Laptops.
 
Library Design
This Quantum user has configured their system to enable database selection of components used in the construction of Library Layout Schemes, using AutoCAD. They take advantage of Quantum's ability to build Assemblies within AutoCAD. These Assemblies are then further grouped by Quantum into Units and Areas, for clarity when generating Quotation reports. On receipt of an Order, further Quantum features extend the process, right through to the production of Purchase Orders.
